More about me...
I enjoy the simple things in life. Being outside - whether on a walk or hike, or in my own little backyard cultivating my cut flower garden while my husband tends to the vegetables - is where I find peace and joy. I also love to read novels, especially classics, and especially Russian classics and tragedies. I enjoy knitting and sewing for my family, singing, and lifting weights. I also work part-time for a local bookstore managing inventory, software, and hardware. I love interacting with all of the customers who come in!
Other than being outside together, my family's favorite pastime is exploring the world through travel. In the past 5 years, we have visited Ireland, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Portugal, Yellowstone National Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Badlands National Park, Lake Superior, Lake Michigan, the Adirondacks, the Outer Banks, Seattle, NYC and many more cities and states around the country.
